Cary Grant

Cary Grant, Founder + Executive Director

Cary is the Founder & Executive Director of MISSIONFEST and Founder/CEO of PREMOa newly launched digital network focused on curated programming for multicultural audiences. He is a 25-year veteran of entertainment, media and technology including distribution, licensing and partnership as an executive for Discovery Communications. At Discovery he was instrumental in securing deals with YouTube, Apple, Hulu, Twitch, and Xbox, among others. Previously Cary served as a head of content acquisition for Barnes & Noble’s Nook Video service where he secured more than 10,000 titles from major studios and TV networks in the US and the UK. Cary started his entertainment/media career in New York, in promotions and marketing with major record labels and artist management firms before moving to San Francisco where his companies are based.
Carrie Davis

Carrie Davis, Co-Founder + CMO

As Co-Founder and CMO, Carrie oversees and directs all marketing and partnerships for MISSIONFEST and PREMO Network. With 25+ years experience, her background includes work with Airbnb, Lyft, Levi Strauss & Co., Virgin America, Wells Fargo, Giants Enterprises, American Express, and Disney. Previously at Google, Carrie led her team to $15M in retail sales for brands like Williams-Sonoma, Cost Plus World Market and Gap, and worked in media sales for global travel publication WHERE Magazine.

Sandra Lipski, Program Director

Sandra joins the MISSIONFEST team as Program Director and is responsible for curating and developing all screenings and awards. Born in Berlin raised in Palma de Mallorca, she studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre School in New York City. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. She graduated from the Los Angeles Film School with a degree in Directing and Producing in 2012, the same year she founded the Evolution Mallorca International Film Festival.


Allison Fox

Allison Fox, Event Director

Allison has joined the MISSIONFEST team as she always has a finger on the pulse of what’s new and next in the event realm, and the combination of experience and daring that creates impactful, dynamic events. She is an event industry professional with over 15 years experience in event production and execution. In 2012 Allison started Olive Events and has since worked on events for 50 to 1,000 guests from San Francisco to the UK. Her past experience also includes event partnership development for such brands as W Hotels and FIJI Water. 
Carolina Aboumrad

Carolina Aboumrad, Development Director

Carolina is a Creative Development Executive for MISSIONFEST and PREMO Studios, a division of PREMO Network. She is responsible for sourcing new film, TV, and digital projects for PREMO to develop, and/or to feature at MISSIONFEST, along with developing new internal concepts. Carolina also assists PREMO’s content acquisitions team in curating and identifying 3rd party content for licensing on PREMO Network.
Daniel Armstrong

Daniel Armstrong, Project Manager

Daniel joined MISSIONFEST and is responsible for event operations, partner management and activation. At PREMO Network he serves as the Content Operations Manager and oversees the delivery and maintenance of film and editorial content. Daniel’s legal experience, namely within intellectual property law has allowed him to aid numerous San Francisco startups with entity formation, trademark counseling, and copyright licensing. In his free time Daniel is most likely either golfing with friends, surfing the frigid waters of northern California, or traveling to wherever his wife tells him.
